Students
will be introduced to balanced and unbalanced three–phase circuits’ voltage,
current and power calculations. Transients in RL, RC and RLC circuits will be
studied, as well as Fourier series analysis, RMS, and harmonic calculations for
non–sinusoidal periodic waveforms. Characteristics of simple electronic devices
(Diodes, Transistors and Operational Amplifiers) will also be introduced.
