An automated system for the Ibn Al-Haytham Center for Training, this system facilitates the work of the Ibn Al-Haytham Center staff, through which training plans can be entered, follow-up of programs and linking them to the career paths of each candidate employee and display them through the authority’s website and recording the basic data of the beneficiaries of individuals or government agencies, and Reservation of the halls in the center in an automatic way, whether for the programs registered in the plan or for other parties, and the system also provides the possibility to monitor the attendance and absence of candidates in the courses and evaluate the candidates for trainers and training courses, while obtaining statistical data and reports to identify indicators Operations and training paybacks.
The system was developed in four stages: the first stage is the stage of preparing the training plan, the second stage is the stage of registering the trainees and following up the nominations, the third stage is the stage of correspondence and reservation of training halls, and the fourth and last stage is the stage of contacting external bodies and following up the courses, reports and information platforms.
