This system was developed by the technical team at the Information Technology Center, this system currently contains eight main components, which are the registration and follow-up of the trainees, the automated system of study schedules, technical office affairs, field training, personnel affairs, admission and student cases management, the training affairs committee, Finally, student automated services.
The trainees affairs system serves all trainees affairs offices, technical offices and field training offices in all institutes of the body where the system follows the student from the moment he joins the institute until he graduates in terms of registering and distributing it to groups, entering desires and choosing majors, monitoring attendance and absence, extracting warnings, registering exceptions, monitoring grades and issuing certificates, The system serves students during the field training period in terms of identifying training places, distributing students to the nominated entities, monitoring absences and grades, and many other work related to the field training office as well as works etc. Technical Office's share special account in excess of hours for a quorum and the introduction of graduation sheets and basic data on buildings and halls.
The first and second stages were completed in 2015 and all nine institutes were listed on this system in September 2016 and they include all their recent and historical data. This project conveyed the training sector as a quantum leap in terms of quality of work in addition to the possibility of continuous development that is still ongoing to raise the level of training for the sector.
Work is currently underway to complete the third phase and move to system development using smart device technology.
