Introduction 

The Electronic Engineering Technology at the College of Technological Studies at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training with coordination of the Centre for Applied Mathematics and Bioinformatics at Gulf University for Science and Technology invites you to the joint symposium forum on cybersecurity patronaged by his highness the Minister of Education Dr. Hamad Al_Adwani. It is strategically sponsored by CITRA and technically sponsored by IEEE. This event will provide and discuss the latest Cyber security challenges and solutions. It provides technological solutions to those challenges and enhances security awareness in this field.

Cybersecurity for computer systems is an increasingly challenging environment for government institutions and commercial companies. The process of keeping up with the changing threats, needs, guidance, and compliance requirements in the field of technology advancement has proven to need constant effort. At this event, participants and attendees will gain knowledge about the latest cyber intel and the threats related to systems and operations and acquire how to use resources and assistance programs available from different disciplines to protect oneself in the ever-changing business and governmental environments.

The symposium will include workshops and an exhibition to enrich one's awareness in the various resources and programs available in the different fields to ensure a safe working environment.
