The Applied Environmental Science program was established in March 2008, with its first cohort of students admitted in the 2008/2009 academic year. This program offers a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, equipping graduates with the skills and knowledge necessary to work in both the public and private sectors in applied environmental and health sciences. Graduates develop expertise in assessing environmental issues, applying pollution criteria and standards for environmental quality control, analyzing and managing environmental risks, and evaluating health concerns related to environmental challenges.
