Ms. Rasha Al-Shalabi is a holder of master's in business administration (MBA) from Gulf University for Science and Technology (GUST), and a bachelor's degree of Science in Information Technology and Computing from the Arab Open University. She has about 10 years of experience providing training and consultancy services. She is currently a Lecturer in the Information Systems and Technology (IST) Department at Kuwait technical college (ktech).
