The Field Training and Graduate Follow-Up Office
The Field Training and Graduate Follow-Up Office at the High Institute for Energy is responsible for organizing the field-training course. The responsibilities of the office include
1. Taking the necessary actions to execute the field-training course.
2. Coordinating with the teaching departments regarding the execution of the field-training course.
3. Administrative supervision over the field training.
4. Suggesting the courses, symposia, and conferences related to filed training.
5. Preparing reports and statistics about the office activities.
6. Preparing the office budget proposal.
7. Conducting meetings with the labor market regarding:
a) Opening various and new areas for the field training.
b) Informing the students about the available job opportunities in the labor market.
c) Mutual cooperation for the benefit of training process.
d) Studying subjects referred to the office from the institute director.
