In accordance with the educational objectives of the Commission, the Higher Institute of Communications and Navigation and the Navigation Section, the educational and training objectives of the navigation department programs have been adopted in cooperation with the labor market. The objectives of the navigation programs are qualified and capable of: 1. Demonstrate knowledge of principles and technology and equip them with the skills necessary to ensure production of jobs to be meaningful, such as maritime, air and customs specialties. 2. Demonstrate non-technical skills such as communication skills and dealing with others in a collaborative way 3. Demonstrate awareness of the social and ethical responsibilities of all disciplines. 4. Enabling awareness and skills for long-term learning to expand the knowledge base of the graduate while increasing progress and professional development
