About the Department: The Department of Electricity and Electronics teaches and trains the trainees in the basic subjects in the field of electricity and electronics in both theoretical and practical terms, as it is a founding section of all specialized departments at the Higher Institute of Communications and Navigation and includes the most specialized trainers in the field of electrical engineering and electronic engineering.

The Department aims to reach the forefront in the training of electricity and electronics by keeping abreast of the latest changes in the field of technology and the labor market, as well as through the development of the programs of the department and the curricula periodically and annually. It also aims at qualifying trainees and providing them with scientific and professional skills in the fields of electricity, electronics and digital circuits in the first and second chapters according to the requirements and specific needs of the specialized departments and the labor market. The physics in the introductory course also provided the trainee with a scientific specialization to complete his university studies in the field of engineering.
