Field training is the experience of the trainee to the environment and the development of skills and raise the level of collection. The field training office will supervise the visit of the government , privet sector and institutions in which the field training will be held to agree on all matters related to the program and its objectives, give a complete idea about the institute and the scientific section of the concerned parties in these bodies and agree on the program and working hours of the students during the training and holding an enlightening meeting with the students and supervisor who will be provided to them from the institute To explain the nature of training in the field and the specificity of the work of this training, and to try to find new field training whenever needed.

Responsibility and Duties

1. Preparing and approving the field training plan, including its objectives, tasks and work required, and the location and destinations of the labor market in coordination with the other supervisors.
2. Ensure that all the required facilities are available for trainees.
3. Follow up the presence of trainees with field training in coordination with the scientific supervisor.
4. Follow-up training performance and the work of models and reports in accordance with the approved plan.
4. To take care of the administrative supervision of the field training and cooperation with the training bodies in the technical aspects.
6. Encourage students to make maximum use of field training.
7. Provide recommendations and proposals for the development of the field training program in the coming years from the experience and experience gained.
8. To meet the different models of evaluation of field training, as applied to the Institute.
