The administrative and financial department is specialized as an administrative unit that executes and follows up with the administrative and financial transactions of the institute’s staff and the internal or external communications required. It is also the link between the administration of the institute and the training department according to its terms of reference and the tasks assigned to it. It is to also ensure the proper conduct of administrative and financial procedures and proposals.
