This course concentrates on professional integration and preparation for a role transition from a student to a beginning professional. It consolidates and reinforces previous learning with advanced concepts and skills necessary for the care of clients with complex health problems. Opportunities will be provided to attain beginning professional competence as a care provider for diverse clients while functioning in a variety of nursing roles (collaborator, coordinator, client, or colleague advocate, follower, leader, teacher, or change agent.)
