Important Information

Conference Registration 

• Registration for attendance is conducted through the conference website. Registration is open until 16th/Dec/2024.  
• Registration to participate in the poster exhibition can be done on the official Conference website and is open until the end of 15th/Nov./2024.
• Registration and attendance for the conference events are free of charge. 
• Attendance of lectures, events must be confirmed electronically on the first day of the Conference at the conference registration desk by scanning the barcode. 
• Participants for workshop must register electronically by scanning the barcode at the workshop room 15 minutes before the workshop starts and at its end to avoid cancelation and certificate denial.
• Workshops: Participants wishing to attend the workshops must register electronically through the official conference website before the first day of the conference (16th/ Dec/2024).  Admission is closed automatically after the scheduled number is completed.
• Scientific Posters: Participants' posters will be displayed on screens in coordination with the Conference Committee. Admission is automatically closed after the scheduled number is complete. Participants will be notified of their acceptance one week after the closing date. The conference Committee will select the best three posters and winners announced during the conference.
• The exhibition: Companies and Governmantal agencies can participate in the exhbition and display their services, products and illustrations. Booths and Spaces will provide for the registered party free of charge. Displays must be related to the agency/company's work or services that are related to the conference themes and topics. Displays include posters, eco and recycled products, environmental monitoring equipment, environmental software, environemntal services, etc.. Submitting an interest to participate in the exhibition is open until 15th /Nov/2024.  A coordination meeting will be held with the exhibition participants at a time to be announced later.
• Electronic certificates will be provided to Conference attendees and Certificates of Appreciation will be provided to companies and entities participating in the exhibition, and Scientific Posters.
