This course covers supervision of HVAC&R contracts, specifications, subject matter, intact subject matter, considerations, agreements, party’s responsibilities, and contract documents. As an example, statutory conditions, technical conditions, technical specifications, methods in contracts, laws and legislations, etc.. The course will illustrate practical HVAC&R contract. 

In addition, this course will cover many aspects of mortality such as theory of right and wrong behavior, theory of value (goodness and badness), and theory of virtue and vice. As a matter of fact, there will be more investigations about the status and claims of ethical theories related to contracts. Furthermore, supervision of HVAC& R Contract aims to discover whether there are objective truths about how we ought to live, or if ethics is ultimately a matter of subjective opinions and desires.  In fact, there will be more considerations discussions toward some practical ethical issues related to HVAC&R contracts.
