​This course covers multi-pressure, multi-evaporators systems, multi condenser refrigeration systems.  The thermal analysis and performance using p-h diagram of refrigeration cycle of each system will be covered. Also, the course explains the importance of industrial refrigeration and introduces some applications of industrial refrigeration methods such as food processing, preservation, distribution, process of refrigeration and its cold storage. Selecting refrigeration plant equipments will be covered. The construction and operation of important industrial and commercial refrigeration systems such as cold storerooms, ammonia refrigeration system, ammonia-CO2 refrigeration system, and brine refrigeration system will be discussed.  The factors affecting on the energy consumption of each system will be covered.
