This course prepares students of College of Health Sciences to use computers and acknowledge
the basic architectural components of a computer and their integrated role in data processing and
data security threats. Operating Systems and File management utility will be introduced in order
for the student to organize and manipulate files. Students will get basic application of Word
processing and spread sheet software. Networking and Web fundamentals will be addressed in
this course in order for the student to understand the concept and practice of searching and
communicating through the Internet
