Studies and Decision Support Subdepartment is concerned with sorting, entering, classifying, analyzing and processing data using appropriate quantitative models and outputting them in appropriate report processing images.

Management Achievements :
1. Collect data and information which are used in the opinion poll to solve the issues facing the authority.
2. Societal, administrative and student opinion poll on various issues related to the authority.
3. Sort the results of the opinion poll on relevant issues.
4. Coordinate with other sections regarding the results of the opinion poll and the data they receive after collecting, analyzing, classifying and inserting them into the systems and programs which contribute to decision-making.
5. Design systems and programs to reach the best alternatives to support decision.
6. Prepare forms of statistical research and questionnaires.
7. The alternatives and solutions reached to address the issues and problems facing the authority are submitted to the senior management to take the appropriate decision.
8. Apply programming systems and modalities, analyze them using appropriate models and available software, and produce them in the form of reports which include appropriate suggestions and recommendations.
9. Provide support and assistance to the systems within the authority and assist them in providing alternatives and solutions to develop and update these systems, and propose appropriate solutions to the obstacles they face in order to facilitate the decision-making process.
10. Carry out the functions assigned to it without prejudice to regulations and laws.
