The Deanship of Admission and Registration is one of the most important departments of the sector. The Deanship derives its importance from the following specialties:

1. Facilitating, developing, and following up the admission process in the Deanship.
2.  the supervision of supplying the required publications and application forms for admission and registration.
3. Supervising the establishment of bases and rules for the implementation of the approved admission policy.
4. Making studies and reports on the admission process and its terms according to the colleges, as well as making annual and periodical (at each semester) reports of the work of the Deanship, and reports of the annual budget for the Deanship.
5. Supervising the procedures related to organizing students' files and records and updating their data.
6. Preparing and classifying  statistics of PAAET's  students that may be needed for studies and research that address any academic issues.
7. Coordinating with the colleges regarding changing majors to achieve the admission policy through the registration offices (10 offices).
8. Making an annual academic calendar for the faculties of the Authority according to PAEET's  regulations.
9. Making systems and special rules for the registration processes, monitoring grades and following up on students' progress in colleges.
10. Highlighting the importance of academic orientation for students by participating in them.
11. Following up on alumni records in accordance with the needs of the labor market.
