Follow-up and Development Section


     The Overall Goal

   Following up the implementation of all the department’s procedures, operations, and operating plans allocated to all PAAET’s sectors and departments, in addition to preparing the department’s budget and technical reports. The section also collaborates with the   other sections of the department in the implementation of quality programs, academic accreditation and management operations, as well as   documenting their models, updating their records and final evaluations of internal and external auditing, and preparing related technical reports.


     Duties and Responsibilities 

     • Following up the completion of the required work with the concerned departments inside and outside PAAET.

     • Preparing records, organizing incoming and outgoing mail, and recording its basic data to regulate the correspondence process.

     • Preparing the required reports.

     • Following up on incoming and outgoing mail with the competent departments.

     • Following up the implementation of the archiving system in the department and all sectors of PAAET.

     • Preparing the annual budget.

     • Forwarding data to the specialists and following up its implementation.

     • Submitting a periodic report on the number and results of the issues dealt with.

     • Estimating and following up on the implementation of the recommendations and decisions of the committees and work teams.

     • Monitoring and coordinating the department's recommendations with the various PAAET’s sectors and departments.

     • Organizing, preparing, and recording meetings and committees’ minutes and distributing them to staff, as well as coordinating with the                     concerned authorities and departments.

     • Arranging and organizing personnel files and storing documents and data.

     • Handling the availability of the department's needs of stationery, tools, office equipment and preparing an estimated budget for it.

     • Investigating and improving the work environment in a way that helps to develop the mechanism of work completion.

     • Identifying the department’s office requisites in order to achieve continuous improvement of work performance.

     • Monitoring development and improvement processes in PAAET’s various sectors.
