The Overall Goal

   Employing vivid mechanisms for designing and managing operations, as well as setting work plans that are coherent to the principles of quality    practices and specifications. The section also assists in achieving  the department’s objectives through supervising and following-up all the      operational works related to quality and management operations and their operational plans in all sectors of PAAET.

     Duties and Responsibilities 

     • Informing all PAAET’s staff about the importance of quality implementation. 

     • Arranging and conducting internal audits and evaluation the work of PAAET’s different sectors. 

     • Overseeing all PAAET’S certified sectors and departments to ensure quality assurance

  • Setting plans and estimated budgets for quality assurance projects and supervising their implementation, in accordance with            the general policies and plans of PAAET.

     • Preparing and developing measurement and analysis tools required for the evaluation process using the SPSS program.

     • Preparing and submitting to the director of the department all performance reports as well as recommendations emerged from the evaluation        process.

     • Submitting all the recommendations regarding the quality annual training programs based upon the evaluation outcomes of PAAET’s sectors     and departments.

     • Examining the obstacles and problems that affect the implementation of quality programs and proposing appropriate solutions to them.
