The Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education is part of the Academic Support Services sector in PAAET. It provides training programs and activities aimed at community members in order to achieve personal and professional development, and to provide a continuous lifelong learning for everyone.
The Deanship started its work even before becoming a deanship in 1984. It achieves one of the main objectives of PAAET, which is developing the individual's skills, and achieving the communal desire of acquiring theoretical and practical skills outside schools, institutes, and colleges.
It has become an independent deanship of the Academic Support Services Sector in accordance with the new organizational structure of PAAET that was implemented in October 2009. After this administrative amendment, the Deanship has become PAEET's gateway to the community. In each academic year, the Deanship offers five training terms that extend from the fall semester to the summer semester. These programs include training programs aimed at the community in its various categories. The locations of the centers in which such programs take place are distributed in various areas of the country, according to strategic and expansive planning.
The variety of training programs offered by the Deanship revolves around many important areas of expertise for the community members, such as: humanities, arts, commercial sciences, languages, computer, health sciences, and technical sciences, in addition to children's programs. The training services of the Deanship also include other social categories/groups such as: the inmates of the psychiatric and correctional institutions, the juvenile homes, and the Ministry of Social Affairs.

The educational, cultural, and vocational advancement of the individuals through modern technologies and programs that fulfill the community's aspirations.
Objectives:
- Contributing to the development of human resources by providing programs in the areas of education and training services and continuing education.
- Increasing knowledge and raising cultural, scientific, and technical awareness through courses and seminars.
- Highlighting the importance of PAAET's role as a scientific and educational institution.
- Strengthening the links between PAAET and the society.
