Networks and Systems Support Division


Specialties:

  1. Develop needs and studies and submit them for monitoring.
  2. Installation of computer networks in different locations of the Authority.
  3. Definition of devices on the network.
  4. Maintenance of the computer network and the network interconnecting devices.
  5. Visualization mode for network development.
  6. Placing tenders for local and external networks.
  7. The follow-up to the tender for Internet services with the service provider.
  8. Monitor network performance.
  9. Develop local and external network protection devices.
  10. Receiving, inspecting, and storing computer devices and supplies.
  11. Preparing and providing documented forms of work such as (exchange permission, custody, inventory, follow-up of stores... Etc.).
  12. Follow up on periodic inventories.
  13. Participate in developing annual need assessment plans.
  14. Supervise the operation of computers and servers.
  15. Follow up on emergency breakdowns and ensure efficient communication with local networks, according to technical standards.
  16. Create a database for all the Authority's machinery under effective operation.
  17. Follow up on maintenance contracts and ensure companies adhere to them.
  18. Carrying out the necessary updates on the operating systems to suit the business needs.
  19. Supervising all extensions and periodic and immediate maintenance operations.
  20. Ensure that users 'devices are connected to the information network and monitor compliance with the rules.
  21. Providing an effective environment for Internet and e-mail service work.
  22. Ensuring the security and safety of the information exchange network and providing it with the necessary protection programs.
  23. Choosing, installing, and operating hardware and software programs and preparing them for work.
  24. Organizing, compiling, and updating the library of magnetics and technical guides.
  25. Plan periodic maintenance of hardware and software, follow up on their implementation and provide technical support for operating systems.
  26. Prepare and monitor data backup, recovery, and preservation operations.
  27. Measuring and evaluating performance, following-up and discovering bottlenecks and treating them, and finding appropriate solutions.
  28. Preparing periodic reports and solutions to develop computer performance and presenting them to the Center's director.
  29. Maintenance of database structures, standardization of codes used, and improved performance.
  30. Prepare a budget for the department's needs for (human resources - equipment - supplies and materials).
  31. Installing non-compromised databases and adopting patterns.
  32. Operating and maintaining the database, measuring the performance rate, adapting patterns, and working to improve it.
  33. Ensure that the daily systems are included in the effective production registry or under the development environment.
  34. Coordination of work with the beneficiaries regarding appropriate operating dates, delivery of outputs and documentation, while ensuring procedures, methods of operating systems, and those who use them.
