Decision Support Systems Director

Specialties:

  1. Assisting the Director of the Center with aspects related to applied systems.
  2.  Supervising the activities of workers in the technical and administrative monitoring and evaluating the performance of workers.
  3. Supervising the internal project development plans in the center as well as those executed by contracts.
  4. Distributing the work to the employees and reviewing and auditing the works.
  5.  Preparing periodic follow-up reports on the monitoring activities and submitting them to the center director.
  6. Develop future scenarios of the systems and projects to be developed and follow up on their implementation.
  7.  Develop strategic plans to decision support systems director and monitor their implementation.
  8. The follow-up to the sections of the monitoring through the heads of departments and evaluation.
  9. Guiding and following up on the progress plans to study the different sectors of automated systems and the process of developing automated systems and providing the necessary technical staff.
  10.  Follow up on systems usage reports and quality of work through quality assurance and control systems.
  11. Prepare the annual plan and estimated budget for all divisions of the monitoring.
  12.  Prepare appropriate proposals to develop monitoring activities at the Information Systems Center.
  13.  Coordination with the director of technical support and the director of system development to provide the appropriate infrastructure for the systems operating in the authority as well as future systems.
  14. Implementation of the management workflow plan in light of the desired objectives.
  15. Determine the actual needs of the affiliated division.
  16.  Consider employee suggestions that would improve performance as well as identify their problems and needs.
  17.  Participate in evaluating staff performance periodically and at the end of the year.
  18. Follow up on the implementation of various administrative decisions.
  19.  Observing employee performance and motivating them by enriching those who are distinguished and providing assistance to improve the level of those with low performance to provide a balanced and effective work environment.
  20. Prepare periodic reports on activities, achievements, and proposals to develop performance and submit them to the manager.
  21.   Exercise the powers and competences of the manager in the event of his absence on official leave or mission.
  22.  To carry out the tasks assigned to him without violating the regulations, regulations, and laws.
