The brief biography about the lecturer: Waleed Esbait awarded BSC in finance from George Washington University. He worked first at Investbridge capital real estate capital investment company, then, founded the first real estate crowdfunding platform in the middle east in 2014 (awarded top 30 startups by forbes). Founded Enviroserve, now Tadwire in early 2018. Abstract: Tadwire Kuwait is fully fledge recycling services company. Started with focusing on electronic and metallic waste since those fall under the same family. With time, more and more responsibilities were asked, mainly from the private sector. These services started to incur processing fees and with time, the company became a service provider more than a commodity producer. With that said, the company still has significant material entering and exiting our premises. The higher value materials and the simpler the commodity is (let say cables for instance) the more it will demand a price. The more problematic material like plastics, especially if unsegregated and mixed by type and color, demand fees for us to process. amongst the list of things, we do: · reporting to the client with photo evidence and weighing of material with step-by-step record keeping. · data and hard drive destruction (both on site and off site). · paper/cardboard shredding and upcycling. · plastic shredding and upcycling. · metal segregation and upcycling. We are ISO 14001, 9001, 45001 certified, as well as TUV for data destruction. |
