Currently, the world is going through fundamental and rapid changes that result in many challenges and changes that place a heavy responsibility on higher education institutions to ensure the quality of education, develop its programs, and improve its outcomes. Based on the keenness of the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, represented by the Quality and Academic Accreditation Department, to raise the level of the educational and training system, this forum is organized to spread the culture of academic accreditation, learn about the latest developments in this field, in addition to reviewing local and international experiences and expertise.

What distinguishes this forum is that it is the first of its kind in Kuwait, as it brings together experts in the field of academic accreditation from various scientific disciplines and from various international accreditation bodies under one roof to enhance cooperation and exchange expertise and experiences to raise global measurement indicators for public and private higher education institutions. This forum also focuses, in its discussion sessions  and workshops on examining the standards and requirements for academic accreditation, completing self-study, monitoring the most important accompanying challenges, anticipating future transformations, as well as presenting appropriate recommendations and proposals.

As we welcome our guests from inside and outside Kuwait and appreciate their contribution in sharing their rich experiences, we can only extend our thanks and appreciation for all the tireless efforts that contributed to the launch of this forum, hoping that it will achieve its desired goals.
