She is an associate professor of information and communications technology (ICT) and is a specialist in education and training. She has experience with the education systems of Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UK, the USA and France. She has attended international academic events in the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, the UK, the USA, Japan, Italy, Greece and Malta. She has been a reviewer for top journals. She has published internationally and with some of the largest publishers in the world, including Elsevier, SAGE and QScience. Her work has been cited more than 100 times in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the USA, the UK, South Africa, Iraq, Pakistan, Malaysia, Nigeria, India and Bangladesh. In addition, she has worked as an academic department head. She has worked and chaired the department's Academic Accreditation Committee since 2017.
