Management functions
• Participation in the preparation of organizational structures at the Authority's various duty stations.
•Preparation of statements on the rewards of lecturers and supervisors and follow-up of their disbursement.
•propose appropriate training programs to improve the staff's efficiency and qualification for work.
•Identify the training needs of all UN-Women duty stations according to the job description approved for each job group.
•Coordinate with various training centers to provide the required training programs in the administrative field.
•Follow-up on the evaluation of the training programs implemented and work to develop them as needed.
•Raising the level of performance of the employee's awareness through training and qualification to keep abreast of the latest methods, programs and means in the field of administrative work.
•Prepare periodic follow-up reports on the Section's activities and submit them to the direct official.
•Balancing human resources quantitatively and qualitatively with the Authority's actual needs.
•Participation in meetings and specialized committees to benefit from them in the field of training and administrative development.
•Develop appropriate proposals for career development in the Authority.
•Prepare the annual development and training budget in accordance with the training needs of the Authority as well as the development projects included in the development and training plan in relation to the estimated budget.
•To inform the relevant units to receive training programs for the purpose of settling and disbursing financial benefits to training institutions and trainers.
•Implementation of contracting procedures with training institutions prepared for programs after confirmation of the disbursement of program expenditures in coordination with the relevant financial units.
•Preparing financial costs for training classes inside and outside the Authority.
•Preparation of financial studies in the field of training in various types.
•Preparation of the financial budget for training (training courses).
• Perform any other work-related tasks entrusted to it by the direct supervisor.
