Management functions
•Participate in the preparation of organizational structures for the various duty stations of the Authority, supervise the review of the approved organizational structure periodically and develop appropriate proposals for its development.
•Implement the Department's workflow plan in the light of the desired objectives.
•Participation in the identification of actual needs, budgeting, manpower and material requirements of sections and administration.
•Follow-up on employees' suggestions to develop work and address their problems and needs.
• Participating in periodic and year-end appraisal of staff performance.
•Follow-up the implementation of various administrative decisions.
•Participation in the preparation of statistics and studies related to management.
•Prepare periodic reports on activities, achievements and proposals for performance development and submit them to the Director.
•Preparation of the Department's annual estimated budget.
• Follow-up the marketing and development of the latest services with corresponding educational institutions and third parties to market the latest services in the field of administrative development and electronic services of the Department.
•Supervise the preparation of the job description of the occupational names of the employees of the Authority in accordance with the approved organizational structure.
•Supervise studies on service development, simplify procedures and measure work according to scientific and technical bases.
• Supervise programs to develop and train management staff to increase efficiency and improve work.
•Monitoring the marketing of training programs to keep up with the latest methods of administrative work.
•Participation in the preparation of the annual estimated budget for the implementation and economic scheduling of training plans and programs through an inventory of training needs.
•Supervise the selection of companies and training institutions specialized in the implementation of training programs in accordance with the established systems.
• Supervise contracting procedures with training institutions implementing programs, including ensuring that the program's expenditures are disbursed in coordination with the relevant financial units.
•Pursue the establishment of a strong network of partnerships with other departments to guide a common approach to serving duty stations.
•Follow up on the latest marketing techniques and improve plans for service development.
•Follow-up data analysis to develop it and provide quality services to the Commission.
• Follow-up the presentation of ideas to develop and market business methods creatively.
•Follow-up the preparation of financial costs for training courses inside or outside the Authority.
•Follow-up on the preparation of financial studies in the field of training in various types.
•Follow-up on the preparation of the financial budget for training (training courses).
• Performing any other work-related tasks entrusted to it by the direct supervisor.
